Hi! I'm Ann — a video, projection, and lighting designer based between Berlin and the Bay Area.

I work in concerts, theatre, and live events. Recent projects include video design for Quinn XCII, MisterWives, and Joywave's US tours, associate projection design on Mahabharata at the Shaw Festival, and theatre work with companies in Berlin and Los Angeles.

We intertwined Chekhov's short play with poetic excerpts by Davia Schendel — writings on relationship and disconnection that adapted it for the modern woman. Flashbacks and puppetry portrayed Popova's abusive history with her deceased husband, exploring themes of acceptance, grief, and identity within borders.
